My name is Samuel González Calderón, I am a Quantity Surveyor from the Polytechnic School of Burgos. I have a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention from the San Pablo-Ceu University.

I am constantly training, acquiring new knowledge about materials and construction processes, through different courses taken with the General Council of Technical Architecture of Spain together with the College of Quantity Surveyors of Cantabria.

My priority is to build high-quality buildings, where small details make the difference, and thus always achieve the satisfaction of my clients.

Throughout my professional career I have carried out all phases of the construction processes with special attention to Construction Management.

I accompany my clients from the beginning, giving them technical advice on the purchase of premises and homes, until the end of the sale and delivery of the keys, which is the most gratifying moment for me, seeing clients enjoy what they have dreamed of.

I work with all types of clients, from individuals to construction companies, developers or public administrations, such as town councils or regional ministries.

To carry out the work I collaborate with different professionals in the sector, architects, draftsmen, surveyors... working as a team in order to obtain the best results.
